Artspace Gallery at Plant Zero opens its popular biennial show, "ThinkSmall," tonight. The invitational exhibit features miniature art pieces in a variety of media created by hundreds of artists from around the city, the country and the world. There's a delightful confluence of good omens at Theatre Gym. First, this black-box space, used in the not-recent past for experimental work by Barksdale, Theatre IV and others, will now house contemporary work by Cadence Theatre Company in its new collaboration with Barksdale. Second, Cadence's artistic director, Anna Johnson, is directing the work of her college classmate, David Lindsay-Abaire, to inaugurate Cadence's residence there.
