Chesterfield County police are searching for a man wanted in an assault Monday in the 2500 block of Troycott Place.
Sergio D. Carrizales-Aparicio, 24, is charged with malicious wounding in the incident, said police spokesman Lt. Randy Horowitz.
Police said the incident occurred between 11:30 a.m. and noon. An adult male was stabbed, suffering serious but not life-threatening injuries, police said. Carrizales-Aparicio may be driving a white 2002 Ford Escape, with Virginia license plates XFC-8353, police said.
