Ever wonder what it takes keeping the Executive Mansion parties going and the first family fed?
I recently got to spend some time with mansion chef Todd Schneider for a glimpse into his world. His days are a mix of mansion parties, high-level lunches, first lady teas, buffet spreads and homestyle family dinners. It’s a job that’s as much reception caterer as it is private family cook.
