Olympia Meola reports from Alexandria:
As voting results trickle in, so do Moran supporters to his Alexandria soiree.
Brian’s oldest brother, Rep. James P. Moran, D-8th, just arrived, saying he wanted to see some election numbers.
“I’m feeling bad about the rain because we wanted to maximize turnout in Northern Virginia,“ he said. “That’s just nothing you can control, the rain at rush hour.“

Poor Jim…now he’s blaming the rain on his little brother’s defeat. I made it home through the rush hour rainstorm via Metro, picking my car up at the repair shop and to the voting precinct in time to vote for Creigh.
