The Associated Press has declared Jody M. Wagner the winner of the Democratic nomination for lieutenant governor.
With 48 percent of precincts reporting, Wagner had 94,108 votes, or 73.46 percent, to 28,267 (22.06 percent) for A. Michael Signer.
Wagner will take on Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling, the Republican nominee who is seeking a second term.
