Virginia Tech wins 38-0 against Virginia

Update: Virginia Tech wins 38-0. Stay tuned for postgame coverage.

CHARLOTTESVILLE - Virginia Tech leads Virginia 14-0 at halftime of the annual Commonwealth Cup game. Logan Thomas had a 14 yard run and Jarrett Boykin had a 16 yard reception from Thomas.

The Hokies missed a 53-yard field goal, while the Cavaliers had the ball on the VT 6-yard line, elected to go for it on fourth and 2, and did not convert. U.Va. also advanced the ball to the 20 before a Michael Rocco fumble was recovered by Tech.

The Hokies will receive to start the second half.
