Phelps just won the 100-meter butterfly, the one race for which he doesn’t have a world record.
He was trailing badly after 50 meters.
He came on strong and beat the dude from Serbia by .01 - one hundredth - of a second.
Amazing. Ridiculous. The guy doesn’t rest on his laurels.
Seven and one to go.
He wins is seventh gold in his most contested race . . .
