Happy Friday morning, or afternoon to those of you reading this late after an exciting night of NFL football. For the 12 of you who have the NFL Network, it was a big night for Brett Favre and the Jets, who won in overtime, but the Patriots showed me that they’ll still be in the hunt when January rolls around.

An the Washington Times caught up with LaVar Arrington, who’s still in Washington post-football. On page three of the article, he has some choice words for local legend Joe Gibbs, who he said came back to make money for his NASCAR team. Aside from that, he is still a Redskins fan and now owns a sports bar in Maryland.
