Ravens coach John Harbaugh
Michael Phillips
Dec 03, 2008

While we wait for the Redskins open locker room, there was a conference call with Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh, who like Redskins coach Jim Zorn is in his rookie season.

Harbaugh was impressed with Chris Cooley, his physicality and playmaking ability, and gave an endorsement to Jason Campbell.

“It’s a very well-coached group with lots of playmaking ability,“ he said. “And Clinton Portis, he can run every play in the book. He’s a complete back.“

As to any rivalry between Baltimore and Washington, the teams are less than half an hour apart, but because they are in difference conferences only play every fourth year, which means that there won’t be a lot of bad blood flowing on Sunday.
