And right after I post about deja vu, Denny Hamlin gets nicked by Juan Pablo Montoya, sending him up into Casey Mears. He drops from the lead to 15th.
Then, as I’m typing this, Kyle Busch spins coming out of Turn 2. He drops across the track and hits the inside wall, just missing Stewart. The crowd went crazy, jumping up and cheering.
Apparently my story today was on point. It’s going to take a little more time for people to get past his past. Driving for Toyota isn’t helping matters either.
