After Anthony Grant’s day-long courtship at Alabama, there are still whispers from sources that the Kentucky situation and the potential domino effect could have a bearing on Grant.

    If Kentucky fires Billy Gillispie, the Wildcats may go after Florida’s Billy Donovan or Memphis’ John Calipari. If Donovan—Grant’s close friend and former boss at Florida—were to leave the Gators, Grant would be the logical replacement. Florida was set to hire Grant two years ago before Donovan changed his mind about coaching in the NBA.
   
    That’s a lot of speculation and lot of dominoes, of course, so we’ll see.
