Inactives for Redskins-Giants

LANDOVER, Md. – Two starters are among the Washington Redskins eight inactive players for today’s game against the New York Giants.
Outside linebacker Marcus Washington, with a high ankle sprain, and defensive tackle Kedric Golston, with a foot injury, are will not play against the Giants. H.B. Blades will play in Washington spot. Anthony Montgomery will start for Golston.

The Redskins other inactives are: offensive linemen Jason Fabini and Chad Rinehart, tight end Fred Davis, defensive linemen Rob Jackson and Erasmus James and the third quarterback is Colt Brennan.

For the Giants, wide receiver Plaxico Burress is inactive with a hamstring injury. He had that injury before he allegedly shot himself in the leg Friday night in a New York nightclub. The Giants other inactives are: place-kicker Lawrence Tynes, defensive back Sam Madison, running back Ahmad Bradshaw, linebacker Jonathan Goff, offensive lineman Adam Koets and defensive linemen Jerome McDougle and Fred Robbins.
