How fast will Pro Stock be?

It will get warmer, of course, but right now, about 30 minutes before the start of eliminations a chill remains in the air. What does this mean? Well, among other things it could mean a repeat of what we saw yesterday in the Pro Sock class: speed, and lots of it. Today’s 16-car Pro Sock field is the first in NHRA history with all having times of 6.5 seconds or better during quarter-mile qualifying.
