Michael Phillips
Nov 28, 2008

Linebacker London Fletcher has started 130 consecutive games, the sixth-longest streak among active players. He’s questionable for this weekend with a foot injury, and didn’t participate in any of the team’s practices this week.

Other defensive injuries of note as we countdown to kickoff (1 p.m. Sunday, FOX):
—Linebacker Marcus Washington is out with an ankle injury.
—Defensive end Andre Carter is questionable with a foot injury.
—Defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin is questionable with a shoulder injury.
—Defensive tackle Kedrick Golston is questionable with an ankle injury.

Guard Anthony Montgomery (achilles) is probable, and offensive linemen Chris Samuels (knee) and Pete Kendall (knee) were also reported with injuries.

Running back Clinton Portis is officially questionable, but nobody believes he would sit out Sunday’s game.

UPDATE: Giants receiver Plaxico Burress will not play with a hamstring injury.
