JIm Zorn gives us one final update before Sunday night’s Cowboys-Redskins showdown:

-Clinton Portis was on the practice field today getting “mental reps,“ which means he was not participating. “With him not practicing today, I would use him – if he could go – in a limited fashion,“ Zorn said. Ladell Betts was limited in practice but continues to push through his knee injury to be ready to start in place of Portis Sunday night.

—Defensive tackle Anthony Montgomery will likely not be active.

—On the big game: “We all have to treat this game as a playoff type of game. There will be heightened awareness. There will be very hard play throughout the entire game, because both teams will want this,“ Zorn said.
