Highland Springs man shot to death Police have identified the man who was fatally shot Sunday night in Richmond’s Whitcomb Court public-housing complex as Walter K. Page, 26. Page, who lived on North Maple Leaf Avenue in Highland Springs, died at VCU Medical Center after the 10:30 p.m. shooting in the 2300 block of Ambrose Street. Investigators believe the motive for the slaying might be a drug-related robbery. |
