Sen. Clinton may follow a big win in West Virginia with another landslide in Kentucky next week. That won’t stop Sen. Obama from winning the nomination and it doesn’t mean Sen. McCain doesn’t face a steep climb in the general election, which favors any and all Democrats. Still, it does suggest that the Democrats will nominate a candidate who possesses weaknesses that have not been fully explored in the long primary campaign.

Here are the latest polls, courtesy of RealClearPolitics.com.

... if Barack Obama loses by 30 points or more in West Virgina tonight, as polls suggest, John McCain isn’t the only one who has a lot of work to do between now and November.
